01What Long Drive is
Long Drive is a simple gateway to permanent data: upload a file, optionally encrypt it in your browser, and it is stored forever on the Arweave network for a one-time fee — or free if under 100 KB.
We started Long Drive because ordinary cloud storage keeps asking you to pay, month after month, for data that can still vanish. Permanent storage flips that: pay once, keep forever.
02Who operates it
Long Drive is operated by Supercomputing International (Hong Kong). We are a small team; we do not claim to be a large corporation, and we do not need to be — the storage itself is decentralized.
Because files live on Arweave, our operational footprint is small: metadata, billing and the web interface. Even in an unlikely scenario where we stopped operating, files would remain retrievable by their transaction IDs.
03Our principles
No invented features, no fake reviews, no inflated numbers. We state clearly what the product does and does not do — including that we cannot recover your files if you lose your encryption password.
